Virgin Pornstar Mocktail

This Drink was invented for a friend who was pregnant at the time, she loved the Pornstar Martini but was off the alcohol for 9 months.
The Pornstar martini is quite easy to make as mocktail as the only alcohol involved is vodka which doesn't really add a flavour. Mixing fresh fruit ingredients and fruit juices you can create all the taste of a Pornstar Martini Without the Alcohol.

Ingredients

Fresh Passion Fruits

lime juice

Rubicon Passion Fruit

Tropical Fruit Juice

Vanilla Syrup
|
Soda Water

- 1 1/2 Passion Fruits
- 3 tsp Vanilla Syrup
- 1 TBSP Lime Juice
- 75ml Tropical Fruit Juice
- Soda Water to top up glass
Equipment Needed

Spirit Measure / Jigger
Cocktail Spoon

Martini Glass
Cocktail Strainer and seive

A Sharp Kitchen Knife
Cocktail Shaker

Directions
Cut the 2 passion fruit in half and scoop out the innards of one with a bar spoon and put into a cocktail shaker with some Ice.
Add the Lime Juice, The Syrup and the Passion fruit to the shaker
Give the shaker a good shake up then double strain into chilled martini glass
Finish the cocktail by serving with half a passion fruit on top.
