Sitting on a tropical beach, waves lapping at your feet, sun beating down, gentle breeze swooshing through the Palm trees, Paradise! Enjoy a little bit of paradise at home with this delicious coconut cocktail.
My friend asked me if I could make a cocktail to taste like a bounty Chocolate bar, here's the result. This cocktail is perfect as an alternative to a dessert after a meal or just as a nice treat on an evening.
Bounty chocolate bars combine a coconut filling with a chocolate coating, with this in mind i set about recreating it, the recipe is below.
