Fruity Cocktails

Pornstar Martini

Taking the pulp from a passion fruit and mixing it with Vodka, Pasoa, Vanilla Syrup and  Lime, before topping up the glass with Prosecco or champagne, this cocktail offers a sweet initial taste cut gently with the citrus of the lime juice and the acidity of the fizz. Very Moreish!

pineapple surprise

A Hollowed out Pineapple refilled with the juices from the fruit, spiced rum, Peach Schnapps, Melon and Coconut Rum. Then for extra surprise, an indoor sparkler, what else can bring out your inner child like fireworks!

Strawberry daiquiri

Alongside the Cuba Libre and the Mojito, the Daiquiri is one of the three great Cuban cocktails, and by adding strawberries it gains texture and taste.

This cocktail is great on a warm day, think of it like a slush puppy but for big kids!
