CARAMELISED ONION CHUTNEY
I created this simple chutney to accompany my Goats Cheese Tarts, its so simple to make and lasts for a few weeks if kept in the fridge. This would be great to make up at Christmas to go with a nice cheeseboard or on a buffet to top a nice Ham Sandwhich

Ingredients
3 large or 4 smaller onions (white or red)
1 Tablespoon of brown sugar per Onion so this recipe i used 4 as i had 4 onions
1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar per onions (as above 4 tablespoons)
