Cocktail Strainers and sieves

Unwanted ice in cocktails is not nice! It waters the flavours down and can add a gritty edge to the drink. To combat this use a strainer an sieve.

For larger ice a strainer will work fine , but to be completely sure of ice removal I use a strainer and a sieve. The ones I'd recommend are below.
