Chocolate and Banana cake
My mum gave me a piece of cake the other week and it was amazing, Banana and chocolate together in a moist cake. The chocolate had melted slightly and the cake had a subtle banana taste but not overpowering
I asked for the recipe and how you make it and i must say its the easiest cake I've ever made!
Being banana and chocolate packed this cake is great for energy and would be good to take on walks or my favourite pastime cycling
INGREDIENTS
5oz Self Raising Flour
5 oz Soft brown sugar
2 oz Margerine
1 Egg
2 ripe Bananas
1/2 teaspoon Bi Carbonate of Soda
100 grams of milk chocolate
