Espresso martini Cocktail salted caramel Kahlua
By Matthew @ Kimberskitchen 26/11/16
This cocktail involves a shot of fresh Espresso coffee mixed with the all new Salted Caramel Kahlua and smooth Tesco Finest vodka, it's a great twist to the normal Espresso Martini.
My good friend got me into Espresso Martinis on a night out in Sheffield many years ago, but whenever I've had them in since they have been a bit bitter. On a night out in Swansea we visited a cocktail bar serving caramel espresso martinis, they were amazing! I knew when I got home I'd have to have a go at making them.
I set about my first batch. Vodka, Espresso and coffee liquor was used with a little Caramel syrup added for sweetness and taste. The cocktail tasted nice but the syrup made the cocktail too sweet. MK2 I knew I needed the flavour without the sweetness, searched on the Drinksupermarket (linked via clicking on the Stoli bottle below) and found just what I needed, salted caramel vodka. The complex flavours mixed with a slight salted taste added depth to the cocktail and Kimber's Kitchen Espresso Martini was born!

This cocktail is a great pick me up if you're a bit tired and if you love your coffee this is the one for you! The recipe below can be adjusted to taste. If you take sugar in your tea I would suggest adding 5ml of vanilla or Caramel Syrup
