Angostora Bitters Gin cocktail
Gin contains a wide range of flavours created from the botanicals used to make it, depending which style you purchase then helps decide what mixers to use with it.
Some Gins go better with a bitter tonic whilst others need a slightly sweeter one to cut through flavours in the Gin. The Gin im using at the moment is quite bitter so to work with this I involved other citrus flavours that would compliment it rather than work against it.
