Pulled Pork recipe

I remember first having pulled pork at a restaurant in Sheffield when my friend was the Manager, it was a thing of beauty and I was shocked i'd not had it in my life before that point. I promised myself id learn to make this and created this recipe. This simple recipe can be prepared ahead and gives the most amazing pulled pork ready for you when you arrive home from work.

This can be eaten on its own, with chips as part of a meal or throw it in a wrap with some rice for the most amazing Buritos.

Joint of Shoulder Pork I used a 1,3 kg one but smaller or larger is fine

3-4 Garlic Cloves

2 Large Red Onions

1 Tablespoon of Mustard

1 Tablespoon of Worcester Sauce

1 Tablespoon of Chilli Powder

1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup Stock

1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar

1 Cup of BBQ sauce

1 1/2 Teaspoons of Dried Thyme

Olive oil to cook with
