Sauteed Chorizo in Honey and red wine

Chunks of chorizo in a sweet sauce perfect for tapas

Sauteed chorizo

Ingredients
1/2 a chorizo
1 onion or 2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1 Tablespoon of Honey
100ml red wine

How to make

Slice the onion/shallot add to a pan and fry with the garlic until soft and browned

Slice the chorizo into chunks

When onion and garlic is browned push to the side of the pan and add the Chorizo
Cook until softened then stir in the red wine and honey

Cook until softened then stir in the red wine and honey. Allow sauce to reduce slightly then its ready to serve
